As we continue through this time of not gathering physically together, we're providing this worship service for you and your family to use. After the Sunday morning Zoom gathering, you can go through the parts of the worship service and watch the sermon below.

At 11am CT each Sunday morning we gather with Pastor Kim via Zoom for worship and

a chance to say 'Hi!'. Everyone is invited to join us!

The current week's Zoom information will be posted on that Sunday’s worship page under the Connect menu.

Sunday School lessons for children and youth can be found here.

Order of Worship

Christ is risen.

Christ has risen indeed!

Announcements and Life Together

Call to Worship

We are gathered as people created by God

to sing, to praise, and rejoice.

We are gathered as people redeemed by God

to confess and be embraced by mercy.

We are gathered as people sustained by God

to listen, proclaim, and to follow.

Prayer of Praise

Call to Confession

We confess our sin because everyone has sinned and has fallen short of the glory of God, and we do this together because we are a community, a covenant people. Confident in God’s grace, let us confess our sin together.

Prayer of Confession

Even though we have come through the joy of Easter and the triumphant Easter songs, we doubt, Lord. Like Thomas who walked the Judean countryside with Jesus, we still have trouble believing in the resurrection of Jesus. We easily slip back into the darkness of doubts. We move the joy of Easter into the past and continue in a downward path to confusion. Shine your bright light of joy upon us. Lighten our dark path. Help us to believe, even though we have not seen you, touched your hands and side. Help us to proclaim Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

Now hear us as we silently confess our sins

Assurance of Grace

Know that God looks upon you, each and every moment of your life, and says you are holy, you are sacred, you are valued, you are worthy, you are MY beloved child. Jesus came to bring you new life. Believe in him. Receive the blessing of hope and peace.

Prayer of Illumination

First Scripture Reading

John 20:19-31

Elaine Dodd and Caleb Donahue

Second Scripture Reading

Acts 4:32-35  (CEB)

The community of believers was one in heart and mind. None of them would say, “This is mine!” about any of their possessions, but held everything in common. The apostles continued to bear powerful witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and an abundance of grace was at work among them all. There were no needy persons among them. Those who owned properties or houses would sell them, bring the proceeds from the sales, and place them in the care and under the authority of the apostles. Then it was distributed to anyone who was in need.

The Word of God for the People of God.

Thanks be to God.

Prayers of the People

When it comes time to say the Lord's Prayer at the end, you are invited to say whatever version is on your heart today.

Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts,

as we forgive our debtors;

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever.
