It's for everyone....all proceeds go to The Pavilion,
an organization helping people with mental health issues and substance abuse problems.
Here's how the morning will flow:
9-10 Stress Workshop in the church Sanctuary Building
10-11 Participate in Holy Yoga or
Browse the displays in Fellowship Hall for Stress Reduction Strategies.
11-12 Continue to browse the displays, Enjoy BBQ and Door Prizes.
What to bring?
If you would like to participate in Holy Yoga, bring a yoga mat and strap and
dress comfortably. If you do no have a mat or strap, there will be some available for use.
